Legacy Batting Cages is being built by a local family who is raising their kids here and believe deeply in Englewood’s future.

Our vision began with a shared belief that sports are about more than competition. They’re about connection. They’re where confidence is built, relationships form, and communities come together around something positive and shared.

In Englewood, we saw a growing town full of athletes, families, and passion, but limited access to consistent, high-quality spaces to train and play close to home. 

Our long-term vision is the Legacy Sports Complex: a multi-generational hub where athletes, families, and neighbors come together through movement, play, and shared routines.

As we’re working on that longer-term vision, we wondered if there might be an opportunity to bring this sense of community to Englewood earlier. Through conversations, market research, and community surveys, it became clear that batting cages were by far the most requested offering.

Legacy Batting Cages is our response.

This new facility brings our mission to life in a focused, tangible way, creating a welcoming, family-friendly space where players of all ages and skill levels can train, improve, and enjoy the game. It reflects the same values and long-term vision behind Legacy Sports Complex, while standing on its own as a place the community can use and enjoy right now.

Legacy Batting Cages is about showing up for Englewood, listening to what people want, and building something that we can all call our own.
