FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
You’ve got questions. We’ve got answers. Probably.

Nope! We have walk-in hours, and you’re always welcome to stop by without a reservation. Just keep in mind that we can’t guarantee a lane will be available. If you have a specific day or time in mind, we highly recommend booking ahead to lock in your lane. Just in case you need it, here's a link to our booking page: RESERVE A CAGE HERE!
Nope! Our rates are per lane, not per person, and there’s no limit on how many people can share your lane during your reservation. We actually love seeing families and friends come in and enjoy the space together!
The only catch (our insurance company insists): no more than two people may be inside the cage while someone is batting. Everyone else can hang out safely outside the cage until it’s their turn.
Yep. (Our insurance company insists.) Everyone using our cages or training areas must have a waiver on file. Luckily, there’s no paperwork! Our waiver is completed digitally through our booking platform when you create your account—just review it and click to agree.

Sorry, no cleats! They’re pretty rough on our turf. Turf shoes and regular athletic shoes are welcome and will help us keep the turf in good shape for everyone.
Not necessarily! You’re always welcome to bring your own gear, but we have plenty available to use at no additional charge. This includes bats, helmets, tees, L-screens, pitching mounds and mats, pitcher’s pockets, and buckets of baseballs and softballs. (Are they the fanciest balls you’ve ever seen? No. Do they get the job done? Absolutely.)
We also have a few extra gloves hanging around if you want to play catch or somehow managed to make it all the way to the batting cages without one.
We get this question ALL. THE. TIME. And sadly, the answer is no. We haven’t found a way to buy decent batting gloves in bulk at a price that would let us sell them to you without charging something ridiculous.
And we refuse to become the place trying to sell you a $60 pair of batting gloves because you forgot yours.
So, for now: bring your own batting gloves. And if you happen to know the magical source for affordable bulk batting gloves, seriously, come talk to us. We’re all ears.
Nope! No tokens and no counting pitches here. Our machines are highly adjustable and offer both manual and automatic feeding. The auto-feeder holds 36 baseballs or 24 softballs, and because you’re booking by time, you can get in as many rounds as your pace allows.
Alas, we do not. Real baseballs and softballs get destroyed pretty quickly when used in pitching machines. We use rubber dimpled baseballs and softballs instead, which are designed for machine use and help us keep our equipment in good shape. It also helps us avoid going through approximately 5 billion balls a month.
Fair question! HitTrax is some seriously cool technology, and seriously cool technology isn’t cheap. Each of our HitTrax units cost about $15,000, plus ongoing monthly fees to keep all those fancy features running.
The higher lane rate helps us offer an experience you won’t get in a standard batting cage: real-time hitting data, video, virtual games, competitions and a whole lot more. So yes, it costs a little more. But, on the flip side, you're basically renting a batting cage with a brain.
