All packages include 2 hours of event time, 30 minutes of set up, and a dedicated Legacy staff member to help with equipment and HitTrax management.

Yep! We would never stand between you and birthday cake.
Feel free to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks. Pizza, cake, snacks, drinks—the usual party suspects are all welcome. We just ask that everything stays in the designated party area and off the turf.

For kids’ birthday parties, nope! Alcohol is not permitted. (Our insurance insists. They’re no fun.)
For certain private adult events, we may be able to accommodate alcohol with the proper permits and advance approval. Please talk with us before your event so we can make sure everything is handled correctly.

A little bit—we promise we’re not handing you a mop. 😆 We just ask that you throw away your trash, take down your decorations, gather your belongings, and leave the party area reasonably close to how you found it. We’ll handle the rest!

We get it—life happens! If you need to cancel, just give us at least 7 days’ notice. Cancellations made less than 7 days before your event are non-refundable, but your payment can be applied as a credit toward a future rental. Because sometimes the party just needs a rain check.

Absolutely! Balloons, banners, table decorations—make it festive!We just ask that you use painter’s tape only when attaching anything to the walls. And please leave the glitter, confetti, and silly string at home.
What are the footwear rules?

Athletic shoes and turf shoes are perfect. No cleats, dress shoes, or open-toed shoes, please. Basically, if you’d wear them to a wedding or the beach, they probably don’t belong on the turf.

How much time do we have for setup and cleanup?
You’ll have 30 minutes before your event to decorate and get everything party-ready. When your party time ends, the turf and batting cages need to be cleared and reset so they’re ready for the next booking.
The picnic table area is a little more forgiving, so you don’t have to start shoving cake into purses when the clock strikes zero. You’ll have some flexibility there to finish gathering your things and cleaning up.

YES! We are fully on board with your vision for the funnest party ever. Small bounce house? Yard games? Obstacle course? Some ridiculous game your kid invented that has 17 rules? Let’s do this thing.
Just keep size in mind: our netting is about 14–15 feet high, and whatever you bring has to actually fit through the turf entry points, which are roughly 4–7 feet wide. When in doubt, send us the details ahead of time and we’ll help you figure out if it’ll work.

Nope! Please bring any plates, cups, napkins, cutlery, serving utensils, or other party supplies you’ll need. We’re really good at baseball. Place settings? Not so much.

You betcha! Anyone participating in activities at Legacy needs a signed waiver. Guests under 18 will need one completed by a parent or legal guardian. Our old friends at the insurance company insist.
Waivers are digital, so you can get them taken care of ahead of time and get straight to the fun when you arrive.
